ROBERT CHARLES "BOB" MULHOLLAND, age 63 years, of Arlington, Oregon, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2026. He passed peacefully in his sleep with his loving wife, Patty, by his side. We are devastated by this loss and completely unprepared.

Bob was born on March 03, 1963, to Charles H. Mulholland and Mildred M. Wagner in Boston, Massachusetts. His siblings are, his sister, Linda, half sisters, Kristina and Jessica, and several step-siblings.

Bob was married to Patricia Munoz on March 31, 2019 and both were blessed to have seven amazing years together. Bob was proud to be step-father to Ana Isabel Avila (Hugo) and Irene Alejandra Sanchez, he loved them very much.

Bob was previously married to Angela Bates, who passed away in 2016. He was blessed to be step-father to Lauren Bates Ellison (David), Kelsey Bates Webb (Chris). Bob and Angie were blessed with a son, Garrett Mulholland, who Bob loved and was very proud of.

Bob loved and cherished his 3 grandchildren, Arthur, Blake and Alexis. Bob's face would light up with joy when he got to spend time with them.

Bob had a very successful career, utilizing his BS in Chemistry, his extensive education and knowledge, as well as his inspirational leadership, coaching and management skills.... He was a scientist!. His talents were highly sought by many companies. His extensive record and expertise brought him to Arlington in 2015 as District Manager for Chemical Waste Management. Bob received many awards and honors during his career. He was many things to many people, not many are blessed with the numerous God given talents he had.

Starting in 2022, he served as Lay Pastor of the Methodist Church of Arlington. On June 2, 2024, he was ordained as the full time Pastor of the church. During this time, he grew in his relationship with the Lord and served the congregation with great joy and satisfaction.

Celebration of life will be held on June 6, 2026, at 10 am at the Methodist Church of Arlington, graveside service at Arlington Cemetery, potluck dinner to follow in the fellowship hall of the Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bob may be made to the Methodist Church of Arlington.
