Obituary
Melba Lovena Cecil of Spray, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the age of 96. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 11, 2024 at the Haystack Cemetery in Spray, Oregon. A celebration of life and dinner will follow at The Rock in Spray, Oregon.
