Janice Sue Blouse 65, of Canby, Oregon passed away April 2, 2023, at Condon (Mayville), at her parents' home, after a brief illness.

She was born June 3, 1957, in Heppner, Oregon to Sally Dyer of Condon and James Green, Canby, Oregon. Janice grew up and attended school in Arlington, Oregon. She studied graphic arts at the University of Portland and was employed for many years at Oregon Health Sciences University Genetics and Research department, also for a NICU Doctor eventually accompanying her to Madison, Wisconsin to Wisconsin University.

On her return to Oregon she spent time in Condon until employment at Oregon State University in Corvallis writing grants, etc. in the Agriculture Department. After retirement she loved to paint watercolors, photography, collecting rocks, gardening, and house and pet sitting.

She is survived by her parents, twin brother Bryan J. Green (Vicky) of The Dalles, Oregon, , grandchildren Green and Reed of Hood River, daughter Melissa Sutton (Chris), daughter, Jenna Santos (Jared), of Canby, step-brother Howard Dyer and step-sister Amy (Al) Wenzloff of Redmond, Oregon. nieces Ava Mendez (Vicente) and Paris Green.

A celebration of life for family is planned for this summer.
