Ellen Irene Taylor, 91 of Ione, OR passed away on September 18, 2026. A public viewing will take place at Sweeney Payton Mortuary in Heppner, OR on Wednesday, September 23 from 2-6 PM. A graveside service will be held at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton, OR on Thursday, September 24 at 11 AM. All are welcome to attend. Sweeney Payton Mortuary has been entrusted with the arrangements.
