Edward E. Baker, 95 of Heppner, OR passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026. A graveside service will take place at the Lexington Cemetery on Wednesday 4/22 at 1:30 PM. Immediately following, there will be a meal and reception held at the Heppner Elks Lodge #358. All are invited to attend.
